WMS Patient Order App app for iPhone and iPad

Given the fast-paced and demanding environment of our referral community, this app allows for quick entry and “on-the-go” transmission of essential catheterization information. For insurance purposes WMS will electronically and privately receive the app-submitted data and assemble a pre-populated prescription form that will be faxed back to you/your office for official physician signature and date.
In an effort to provide you with an alternative to hand-writing a patient order and faxing it, WMS has developed this automated and efficient smartphone/tablet order form. Information is submitted privately and no patient information is stored on your device. After the first entry and as a convenience, your name, phone and fax number (as the referral contact) will appear automatically to eliminate the need to re-type it each time.
